Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.
Beat together eggs, sugar, and oil. Blend in the gated zucchini, and then the sour cream. Mix in the flour, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon. Stir in the chocolate. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake for 80 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Notes
I have adapted this recipe. In reducing the quantity of oil to 1/2 cup and then added 4 oz. of applesauce (snack size). I have also used Greek yogurt in lieu of sour cream. You can add raisins, walnuts, 8 oz. crushed pineapple (drained).
