An Intimate Setting for Life’s Special Gatherings

For more than two decades, Bella Terra has been our home—a lovingly restored 1910 historic property set on two lush acres in the heart of Phoenix.

We have always believed that beautiful homes are meant to be enjoyed, shared and filled with people we love. And now, on a very limited basis, we are opening our doors to others who are looking for a truly special setting for an intimate gathering.

Bella Terra is a private home, not a traditional event venue. We occasionally welcome small groups for celebrations and experiences that feel personal, relaxed and memorable.

Imagine a leisurely luncheon beneath the trees, a bridal shower in the garden, an afternoon gathering around a beautifully set table, or a small workshop surrounded by the gardens and character of a historic Phoenix home.

We are especially suited for intimate occasions such as:

We intentionally keep our gatherings small and limited so that Bella Terra remains, first and foremost, our home.

A Place With a Story

Bella Terra is more than a beautiful setting. Built in 1910, the property has been lovingly restored and cared for as a historic Phoenix home and is recognized for its historic significance at the city, state and national levels.

The house, gardens and surrounding grounds provide a setting that is very different from a traditional event space. There is no ballroom, no banquet hall and no cookie-cutter venue.

Just an old house, beautiful gardens, a little history—and a place where people can gather and enjoy one another.
