A New Spring Class at Bella Terra

I am so excited to share the details of an upcoming class I’ll be hosting here at our historic home, Bella Terra ~ and this one is truly special.

On Saturday, March 21, 2026 we will be welcoming Holly from Charcuterie Creative, a woman-owned business devoted to sourcing the freshest produce, partnering with local food purveyors, and supporting small businesses within our community. Holly also uses a wonderful selection of cheeses and meats from dairies across the United States, making each board as thoughtfully sourced as it is beautiful.

The two-hour hands-on class will guide you through creating your own stunning Easter/Spring charcuterie board, filled with tips and tricks from a true professional. Best of all, you’ll take home your delicious masterpiece at the end of the class. Even though I’ve made many charcuterie boards myself, there is always something new to discover when you learn from a pro.

If you’ve never been to Bella Terra before, you are in for a treat. Our historic home sits on two peaceful acres and feels like a step back in time, right in the heart of busy Phoenix. But the very best part of gatherings like this is creating something beautiful along side of like-minded people~coming together to learn, share and enjoy something new.
